Shipping Information
Shipping costs are covered by WNDR.
The shipping process for orders will begin after payment confirmation of the respective order.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will be notified via email with the assigned tracking number and a link that will allow them to track the order on the carrier's website.
Shipping information may take up to 24 hours from the receipt of the shipment confirmation to be updated on the carrier's website, without any responsibility being attributed to WNDR.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area of the order, with a maximum limit of XXX business days after order confirmation.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to WNDR and additional costs for the customer. Therefore, customers are advised to ensure that the delivery address provided when placing the order is accurate and complete.
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the billing details provided. The delivery address cannot be changed by WNDR; however, you can change your address by contacting our carrier and requesting the change. This request should be made as soon as possible (within the carrier's delivery times).
