Payment

In your online purchase, you can choose the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, MBway, or Multibanco Reference. 

Payment Methods 

Once the order is completed, the purchase will be recorded and, if the selected payment method is MBWAY or Multibanco Reference, there will be a defined period for the payment to be completed. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be canceled. Some payment methods allow the storage of the necessary data for payment transactions - namely, PayPal and Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). However, no personal data will be stored in this context, and their management must be done directly with the respective service provider.

Credit Card 

Payment by credit card allows you to enjoy the liquidity advantages and payment terms offered by your bank.

All transactions on our website are secure, and we emphasize once again that no data associated with the card, other than its identification by the last four digits, will be stored. The entity managing this payment method is Stripe.

Multibanco 

Payments via Multibanco can be made through the Multibanco ATM network or through your Homebanking.

Once the ordering process is completed, a Multibanco reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email. To make the payment at an ATM, select the option "Payment of Services/Purchases" and enter the entity, reference, and corresponding amount.

The order will be shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed.

Notice: Since the bank reference generated for payment has a limited validity, failure to make the payment within this period will result in the order being canceled.

MB WAY 

The customer can proceed with the payment of their order via the MB WAY payment system. To do this, select this payment method during the ordering process and enter the mobile number associated with the application, access the app, and follow the steps to confirm the purchase.

PayPal

Website, unfortunately, does not work with PayPal at the moment. We are trying our best to integrate with them as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can use your credit/debit card to make an order with us.

Currency

When shopping on our website, payments will be processed in USD. If your credit/debit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.
